  • July 2017 - Present: Team Lead | novoSDK Support & Games Development
    Leading a team of five developers while ensuring the happiness of more than twenty game developing novoSDK partners. Responsibilities include staffing, continuous optimization of our novoSDK support process, e.g. through the creation of custom JIRA filters & dashboards to further improve work efficiency for all parties involved, task estimation & distribution within the team as well as project management and more.
  • January 2016 - June 2017: Deputy Head of Games Administration
    Responsibility for guaranteeing the stable 24/7 availability of more than 250 online casino games on the company's own websites and on those of partner companies & customers. Also includes scheduling of the necessary standby times for a team of four people.
  • May 2014 - June 2017: Senior Java Framework Developer
    Key member of the novoSDK team and as such the first point of contact for all topics regarding our powerful toolkit which is used by numerous international partner companies for the development of online casino, bingo & slot games in Java.
  • May 2011 - April 2014: Java Developer
    A selection of completed slot game clients can be found in the slide show on the right-hand side. All projects were realized in close collaboration with the responsible game designers.
• Completed his work stage (dt. Berufspraktikum) as a Web Programmer at Braintrust GmbH from the middle of February 2009 until the end of May 2009 with a focus on WCMS

Education & Qualifications

• Has successfully passed the examination for IREB® Certified Professional for Requirements Engineering - Foundation Level (CPRE-FL) in Vienna as offered by the non-profit organization Future Network Cert on April 6th, 2018
• Has attended the Online Slot Development Academy which is an intensive three day training course that took place in Vienna from Tuesday, January 16th until Thursday, January 18th. The training is one of several courses offered by the Totally Gaming Academy
• Has successfully passed the examination for iSAQB® Certified Professional for Software Architecture - Foundation Level (CPSA-FL) in Vienna as offered by the non-profit organization Future Network Cert on November 23rd, 2016
• Successfully completed three full semesters of 30 ECTS credits each in the Game Engineering and Simulation Technology master's program at the University of Applied Sciences Technikum Wien from September 2009 until February 2011
• Was awarded an academic excellence scholarship (dt. Stipendium für hervorragende Studienleistungen) twice by the responsible Study Affairs Committee
• Graduated cum laude (dt. mit gutem Erfolg bestanden) from the University of Applied Sciences Technikum Wien with a bachelor's degree in Computer Science (specialized in Game Engineering) on June 23rd, 2009
• Completed his secondary school-leaving and diploma examination (dt. Reife- und Diplomprüfung) at the Federal Higher Technical Institute Wien 3 Rennweg in the Department of Information Technology with a concentration in Internet and Media Technology on June 13th, 2006

General Information

• Is mostly interested in game development, modern web technologies and the entire mobile world consisting of smartphones, tablets, wearables & co.
• Works primarily with technologies such as C/C++, Java, Flash/ActionScript, PHP, MySQL, XAMPP, TortoiseSVN, Atlassian Confluence & JIRA Software, Redmine, HTML & CSS and has extensive experience with both procedural and object-oriented programming techniques
• Regularly spends his free time doing sports such as strength training, bowling, badminton and swimming — plus he likes to relax in the Therme Wien
• Also enjoys listening to good music, watching his favorite series on the Internet or on TV, going to the cinema and reading english fantasy books written by R.A. Salvatore — and, of course, playing awesome computer games
